Ann Coulter has become quick famous as being a polemic conservative commentator on politics. In "Slander" she plays loose and fast with the facts and picks and chooses her sources to buttress her argument. She obvious does not like Clinton and can barely even tolerate liberals. Her and her ilk have successfully divided the country and that is why she gets so much attention.
